Avi Hoffman
I am a child of Holocaust survivors, and at a
very young age my parents taught me to
appreciate
the beauty and depth of Jewish Culture.
Working in the Arts is very satisfying, but my greatest satisfaction
has been listening to the people who have approached me
following a performance, to tell me how wonderful I made them feel and how
proud they were to be Jewish and how they wished their children and
grandchildren could share in their Joy.
It started to make me wonder!
Judaism had given me so much, perhaps the time had come
for me to give something back. It was time for me to help create
an environment in which Jewish Culture could thrive into the 21st century, and
be available to the generations that follow.
And so, I founded The National Center For Jewish Cultural
Arts, Inc. (NCJCA)-A Not For Profit Organization dedicated
to preserving and promoting the best in Jewish culture for
this and future generations.

Together with award winning actors and legends of Jewish
culture Fyvush Finkel, and the incomparable Theo Bikel,
